The Chaska Rotary Club Gala is one of our largest annual fundraisers. Each year, we accept applications from organizations in our community who need support. This year, the following local non-profits received contributions from the Rotary Club of Chaska:
Southern Valley Alliance for Battered Women
For more than 35 years, Southern Valley Alliance for Battered Women has provided crisis support, advocacy, and education to victims of domestic violence primarily living in Carver and Scott counties. To date, SVABW has assisted more than 19,000 women and their children on their journey for a violence free, healthy family life. Through support from our sponsors and members, the Chaska Rotary will help fund the gap in SVABW’s operating fund in order to allow it to continue to provide a wide range of services for its clients.
Five Stars Recovery Center
When those suffering from addiction come to Five Stars Recovery Center they receive the treatment they need to become more productive and happy in their daily lives and free from addiction. Five Stars features 96 beds and a comprehensive continuum of care which includes residential, outpatient, and sober living. Through support from our sponsors and members, the Chaska Rotary will help fund Five Stars’s copay fund which provides crucial financial support for its client’s immediate medical costs.
Love Inc. of Eastern Carver County
Love Inc. provides a means for churches and other organizations in Eastern Carver County to work together to serve those among us who are in need of help.
