Invocation: Gary Hardel
There will be no club meetings until January 5, 2023.
Neil Wingert asked for donations of spare coats, hats and gloves, for all ages and sizes. Please bring them to our meeting so they can be collected by Carol Benetti and Sarah Carlson and appropriately distributed to those in need.
Sheryl Hough let us know the next STRIVE meeting will be on Jan. 5 and the group will visit the Career Center.
Matt Szybnski asked for size 6 ½ winter boots for Natasha.
Vic Benetti is lining up Finemasters for next year. This is your chance to show that latent sense of HUMOR!
ROTARY EXCHANGE STUDENT
Natasha has been going to holiday parties, moved into the Matt and Nicole Szybnski household, baked gingerbread, played Jeopardy and went to another party at Church! And you thought YOU had a busy schedule!
You'd think looking this good Natasha would have been the winner of the reindeer antler game (balloons and nylons). However, she was just a runner up.
After numerous American Christmas games, she came out the winner.
ROTARY Holiday Auction: Sheryl Hough, Lisa Anderson, Gretchen Oppriecht + other Elves
With dreams of sugarplum fairies and reindeer on our roofs, after breakfast we settled down, brought out our virtual wallets and started bidding on the bountiful auction gifts that filled us with holiday spirit (some took that literally!) When those tables were empty, the Money Board gave up gifts for everyone who contributed. Nobody went home with just a lump of coal. Natasha should get academic credit for counting from 1 to 100 in English! Thanks to Ken Hiller for the photographic record of our comradery and laughter.
