Rotary Club Priorities – Erin Kerber , Jean Heyduck
Jean Heyduck and Erin Kerber started their term as Co-Presidents by laying out their suggested priorities for our club – Membership, Fundraising, Club Dues, Transparency and Continuity. They reviewed the key roles to address our issues and the importance of our input and ideas for those processes. A survey will be sent to help document our perspectives and to illustrate what is important to our members. Erin presented financial data of income and fixed costs of our present structure. For example, with current conditions, we lose $8,000/year due to breakfast costs. The need for changes was obvious. But we are smart enough and our leaders are strong enough to develop solutions that will enable our success.
Note from John Roebke: Invocations can be a faith traditional prayer, or a meditation, or inspirational verse or quote. Brief 20 – 30 seconds. Light-hearted is okay. Option: focus on our Mission of Service Above Self. Need an idea – Google Rotary Invocations. Not a personal talent? Don't wait, tell me NOW, 612-790-7067, john.roebke@live.com. I will be glad to name another. If I forgot that you told me not a talent, please forgive me. Remind me. If not a good DATE, trade with a mate.
