From Milan otherwise known as the world's fashion capital, Viola shed some light on city life. Milan is fast-moving with many people being stressed and rude. A river runs through the city and the sky is often very foggy due to climate change. Viola chose to enter the exchange program intending on heading to Norway. There was no space in Norway so Viola chose America because she had heard Dolly Parton on the radio. The expectations for living in Minnesota was to live in the cold and see lots of snow. Unfortunately, the weather did not live up to expectations this year. Viola's exchange expectations were to meet more people, see another school system, and learn another language. These expectations were met.
Note from John Roebke: Invocations can be a faith traditional prayer, or a meditation, or inspirational verse or quote. Brief 20 – 30 seconds. Light-hearted is okay. Option: focus on our Mission of Service Above Self. Need an idea – Google Rotary Invocations. Not a personal talent? Don't wait, tell me NOW, 612-790-7067, john.roebke@live.com. I will be glad to name another. If I forgot that you told me not a talent, please forgive me. Remind me. If not a good DATE, trade with a mate.
