G minus 24 days and counting brought another “Woo Hoo” from Char Weber as she reminded us of the Gala on March 14. If you can’t attend, donating a ticket or providing an Auction gift are other ways to support the event. Christian Klein and Lori Anderson are the construction leaders for the Wall of Wine. Our club members typically donate two bottles or the equivalent cash to fill the wall with vino. Stop by Dan Keyport’s shop if you want to get suggestions from our local authority.
Brett Johnson and Gary Goeman asked for more volunteers at the Hooked On Books event on Saturday, February 21at the Chanhassen High School.
Matt Podhradsky asked us to spread the word that nominations are being taken for Christmas in May recipients.
Cindy Anderson asked for our support for the Pancake Breakfast provided by Boy Scout Troop 174, on Sunday, February 22.
Ken Hiller let us know that a Rotary International Friendship Exchange is scheduled for February 2016, and he’ll provide more information in our April meetings.
