Chaska Rotarian Cyndi Anderson introduced Yvonne Anderson, who spoke to us about the Saints’ Foundation. Yvonne is the Marketing Director at St. Gertrude’s Health and Rehabilitation Center in Shakopee. St. Francis Regional Medical Center and St. Gerts are part of the Benedictine Health System, and have been serving our region since 1996. The Saints’ Foundation is a fundraising organization whose mission is to assure resources exist to meet the healthcare needs of our community. Our Rotary club been a contributor to the Saints Foundation, and funding for the Lilac Lane visitor area continues to grow. Other improvements have included a “Hello World” photography service for newborns, and comfort chairs for cancer treatment patients.
