At the June 8 Rotary Meeting, we heard personal remarks from seven of the nine high school graduates who received Rotary scholarships. Applicants were interviewed by a panel of Rotarians earlier this year. Recipients were selected based on their academics, community service and personal ethics.
The 2017 recipients are Sophia Pantano, Anika Lillegard-Bouton, Ellie Miller, Atef Ali, Jacob Oertel, Satori Heuer, Conner Kujak, Ellie Snuggerud, Alex Strazzanti and Paola Mita Romero.
